KOREAN CULTURE CLUB is always my very first choice of co-curriculum activity as im korean's drama/movie-addict! huhuhu~ i always mesmerize with the cute actresses and surroundings set! why not turn your favourite tv show into activity right?? i joined dis KCC since 1st semester already, but i tell you this semester is the most happening one! i got so much FUN!

the first thing we did were learning how to write our name in HANGEUL. we all back to KINDERGARDEN!! hahahaha~~

how can we master this in just a few minute?? if one hour long we maybe adapt it well. emm not much time for such fun learning! since i know a bit of this, so first try not bad at all! below is right way to write my name! i know that my 'Y' in spelling EDDY do not exist in korean alphabet (hangeul) so we have to substitute it with 'I' instead.. see my 'I' in with 'Y', its no different right?? huhuhu~~ my way to differentiate japanese and korean alphabet is ada bulat2 tu. panya ia arah vowels saja tu. banyak kali ah korean punya vowels ne. ada vertical and horizontal. haiya! so much to learn right??

tu baru page 1 tu. next page we learned some Korean basic phrases! you may know some of it. sorry my lappy dont have any korean font huhuhu!

1) An-nyeong-ha-se-yo = Hello/how do you do?/ How are you?

2) Je i-reum-eun (your name) im-nida = my name is EDCHARMD.

3) Dae-hak-saeng im-nida = I'm a university student.

4) Man-na-seo ban-gap-seum-nida = Its nice to meet you.

5) Sae-hae-bok man-i bat-eu-se-yo = Happy New Year!

the way you pronounced like you closed your nose and speak. yeah cakap dalam hidung catu la. its hardly done for those amateurs.

unluckily i cant show u da next activities cause i dont have our pictures! we played korean GAME. KOREAN BOARD GAME they call it 'YUT NORI' (or YUT GAME) the dice we used not that ordinary cube dice but using kinda stick then you throw it as higher as you can! jalan2 macam snake and ladder catu pakai ada 4 buah kalau sapa capat abis home yata manang toh. TAPI if opponents dapat kamu punya place kana KICK out la kamu. u dont mind google pictures right?? (most of my pictures here google-based anyway hahaha~

ne yang bulat kami sehari tu makai yg square. the function sama jua tu bah! meeting point dapat short-cut mun dapat sana!

kami board game tu kan limited as kami ne ramai. so kami divided into two group la. 1st group kami dulu main. n then yang menunggu belajar BOWING! yata tym durang main turn kami belajar ne! yieha!! oh yeah i almost forgot to mentiond its KOREAN NEW YEAR CELEBRATION! da date is SAME with CHINESE NEW YEAR! we just a few days late.. thats why we learn how to bow cause this what korean people do every time they meet da elder. macam tani wa cium tangan. arab cium pipi. indian membari watir cium kaki! hahaha~~ i think chinese and korean more and less the same wa. yang makai colok berasap tu ja lain kali..

oh yeah dalam group kami tu still ramai jua masih. so kami vaining la dulu!

NAD (ia ganya senyum eh!) kami yg lain not ready aka CANDID la ne! TQ for da pics neway! i think i should bring my own camera next week!

eyh eyh napa ada tagprice ne?? yata baju me yang kana balikan yang me cakap tym previous post ah.. GIORDANO kali ah! kinda cheap la.. tia krg! ia jua me pakai tu. i like it so much! oh yeah malaysia cuti seminggu wa CHINESE NEW YEAR ah! siuk tapi kadai banyak la tutup tu!

rambut me bida! hate it mcm 'L'! mana tah jua pagi + patang= layu rambut!

its not much different anyway!

first you have to put ur left hand above ur right hand (da elders sit and you stand up at first!). then lower your knee to the floor (dont forget to open ur shoes huhuhu!!) after that lower your head aka. bow and girl dont change their hand position but guys have to put their on the floor! so easy isnt it?? wait till...

as shown on da picture! miss kim said to me dont be too stiff. loosen up a bit! hey its not as easy than i thought!

i dunno how stiff i am when miss kim told me to loosen up a bit till i saw dis pic! oh yeah dont forget to say 'An-nyeong-ha-se-yo' and 'Sae-hae-bok man-i bat-eu-se-yo'.
i remembered my friends and also people who sit near me LOL when i say 'SURE HEBOH MANI BATIS SAYO'. pikir sure heboh tv3 ne?? thats another way i memorised thing anyway! huhuhu~~

whats celebration without food isnt it?? theres 3 type of korean cuisine. just see my 'E'. yagsig-sweet glutinous rice cake (left) i love this one! japchi-korean fried noodle (middle) and shikke(not sake ok! thats alcoholic drink i think. mati kana tangkap!)-rice drink (right)

it last till 4.30pm actually but i insisted to play YUT NORI. sapa manang dapat hadiah wa! issh kali first round kalah tia. almost kan manang la tinggal 1 buah lagi kan home hampir udah! isshh last semester catu jua! BAD LUCK eyh! just dapat pa ne urang kitani i forgot da name macam goodies catu la. ne nah KCC bookmark n 2x korean instant mee ah! satu u-dong (picaya o inda rasa udang wa! hahaha) n yg satu lagi yang biasa2 urang korean makan dalam tv tu RAMYUN! basar ne skutak makan sorang awu ada mlatup parut! last time i saw it in UTAMA GRAND ada bjual. HALAL ok! bdusa jua AJK mbagi inda halal! AJKnya pun urang Islam jua bah..

nyum nyum~ mau tau cana rasanya?? BALI sendiri ok.. i add carrot, broccoli n egg!

YEEAAHH!! dats all bout my KCC! next activities kami belajar more phrases, menari, singing kali jua ntah liat ja. siuk ler~~ sapa2 ubd-ians balum pernah ikut CCA, i recommend this one. lagi ramai lagi siuk waa.. n yg bakal2 UBD-ians bah ikut tah ne nanti ahh.. see yyeah!
